As the assessment is completed, Freeways automatically creates Action Points for certain problem areas, such as difficulty managing risk factors. Action Points are already linked to treatment objectives, ensuring that all identified problem areas are addressed in treatment. Use the Treatment Plan Wizard to add Action Points to the client's treatment plan.
