If the service selected was System Support, the System Support Activity window will automatically open as the appointment note.
Appointment: Select the type of appointment from the dropdown list. Notes: Indicate any pertinent notes about the activity.
Activities vs. Appointments Generally, when referred to within Hallways, an appointment is student based, such as a counseling appointment. An activity has no student involvement. However, this distinction is just for organizational purposes and has no relevance to the records actually kept.
The System Support Activity Note contains: the date, start and end times, amount of time, type of activity, and notes.
