Each contact person or organization that you enter into Hallways should be assigned to a contact group.

To edit contact groups, right click any contact dropdown list, or select “Edit Contact Groups” from the Resources menu.

Contact Groups pre-loaded into Hallways are:

· Teachers

· Parent/Guardians

· Administration

· Counselors

· Nurse/Health Aides

· Outside Agency

· Community Agency

· Private Therapist

· Psychologist

· Probation Officer

· Social Worker
