Hallways has a custom installation program which will lead you through the installation process quickly and easily.
To install and use Hallways, you must have administrator privileges on your computer.
To install Hallways: If you have other programs open, close them before beginning installation. Insert the Hallways CD into your CD-ROM or DVD drive. If the installation program does not begin automatically, click “Run” on your Start Menu, and browse to your CD or DVD drive. Click the setup file, Open, and then OK. The installation program will start. On a typical installation (32-bit computers), Hallways will automatically install to the C:\Program Files\Hallways directory. Do NOT change the directory –- Hallways will not function properly if you do. Installation for 64-bit computersIf you have a 64-bit computer, choose Custom Installation when prompted. Click “Browse,” and choose to install Hallways to the C:\Program Files\Hallways directory. Once the installation program has finished, you are ready to start using Hallways. >> |
