Keep your client records up to date
Manage all your client
records - client history, assessments, treatment plans,
appointments, progress notes and more - in a fully integrated
workspace. From intake to discharge summary, Pathways 7 has improved integrated features to save you time.
We've expanded the client history and assessment, and they now link
directly with the client treatment plan. The new Pathways Treatment
Library contains DSM-5 Diagnoses, with extensive goals, objectives,
and methods for every presenting problem.
Integrated System
Pathways 7 includes expanded and integrated client
history and assessment features. The client history window follows the
format and content of the included client history form, and allows the
clinician to assess
the severity of issues as related by the client.
The Pathways assessment includes mental status, client
strengths/weaknesses, identified problem areas, DSM-5 diagnoses and
planned treatment. The client history and assessment integrate with the
client treatment plan, so there's no duplicate entry of information.
Problem areas that are noted during the client history or assessment can
be easily added to the client's treatment plan. |
