Hallways is single-user software that is installed locally, on the user's computer. The software is purchased outright: unlike other school counseling software, there are no annual subscription fees. Users can install the software on up to 3 computers for their own personal use. Instructions are included with the software for the transfer of data to another computer.

Each purchase of Hallways includes a CD with a single user license, a user's manual on the CD, free updates and utilities, and unlimited free online support.

Information entered in the Hallways 5 Demo will transfer to the purchased version.

Hallways 5 is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. To use Hallways on a Mac, you must have Windows installed on your Mac or a software program that allows you to use Windows based programs. You must have administrator privileges on your computer to install and use Hallways.

Hallways is single user software, and cannot be shared with other counselors. A separate copy must be purchased for each user.

We cannot accept returns on opened software. If you are experiencing difficulty with your software, please contact us with your questions. Our service representatives will help you resolve any issues with your software. Support questions should be directed to hallways@ihatepaperwork.com.

We accept online payment by credit card, PayPal, or electronic check. Clicking the Buy Now button will direct you to PayPal, which processes all of our online payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase online. There is no charge for shipping.
