The Appointments Summary contains, for the date range specified, the amount of time spent on each type of appointment, grouped by service category. It contains the number of appointments and hours for each appointment type, totaled for each service category.
The Appointments Summary Chart displays the amount of time spent on each type of appointment over the specified time period. Data is displayed in a trend chart, so it is best used for displaying data over a period of several months. For a lesser time period, use the Appointments Monthly Summary.
