 Customizable Topics
Customize appointment topics to reflect the needs of
your students.
Over 55 possible appointment topics have been pre-loaded
into Hallways. Add, remove, or edit appointments topics
to reflect the issues you address with students the
most. To save you time, topics can be assigned to a service category, so they
appear only for certain appointment types, or can be
available for all appointment types.

Report Formats
The
Hallways Topics Summary is available as both a data and
chart report.
In the data report, appointments are grouped by topic
and appointment type. The number of appointments and
hours are displayed, along with the percentage of time
spent on each topic. The chart report displays the
number of hours spent on each topic, grouped by month.
