appointments summary is available both in data in chart
form, showing the frequency of each type of appointment.
Appointments types are grouped by service category,
based on ASCA components.

Hallways helps you track your activities within the ASCA
Service Categories.
Simply
click the type of appointment or activities from
the Service Category selections, and all appointments
within the category are automatically displayed.
Hallways tracks the amount of time spent within each
category, so you can easily demonstrate time spent on
each ASCA component.

& Direct Services
Hallways automatically tracks the amount of time spent
on direct and indirect services.
Just record your
appointment information, and Hallways automatically
calculates and displays how much time you're spending on
student
services, both daily and
overall, to help you meet the 80% goal recommended by
ASCA. Hallways also tracks how much
time you spend in
direct contact with students.

Summary
Know
what topics are being addressed most frequently in
student sessions.
Over 55
possible appointment topics have been pre-loaded into
Hallways. Add, remove, or edit appointments topics to
reflect the issues you address with students the most.
To save you time, topics
can be
assigned to a service category, so they appear only for
certain appointment types, or can be available for all
appointment types.
