Clients Module |
To access client records,
click Client Records on the Clients menu, or just click
the Clients icon in the Today’s Events window.

From the Clients Record window,
you can view all aspects of a client’s record. Click a client’s
name from the list on the left to view information about the
client.
If no client names appear, click Add New Client to go to the
Client Intake window.
Client Intake
To add a new client to the
Pathways program, click the Add New Client button in the Clients
window. To review a client's intake information, click "Intake
Information."

Client History
Access the Client History
window from the client’s record or the client intake
window. Although not mandatory, completing the client
history will give a reference for problems. Many of the
areas covered in the client history are integrated with
the client assessment and treatment plan.

Client
Assessment
The client assessment can
be accessed from the clients records window, the client
intake, or directly from the client history window. You
do not have to complete the client history before the
client assessment. However, much information from the
client history transfers automatically to the
assessment.

Treatment Plan
The Treatment Plan window
can be accessed directly from the client’s record, or
from the intake, history, or assessment windows.
Presenting problems can be added from the client
assessment window or directly from the treatment plan.

Progress Reports
The Progress Reports
feature enables you to send monthly reports without
having to send clinical notes.
From any client’s record, click “Progress Reports.” In
the window that opens, all progress reports that have
been created to date for that client will be displayed
on the right. Simply select the date of the report you
wish to view.

Discharge Report
The discharge report is accessed
from the client's record. Once a client's status has been
changed to "discharged," the button becomes available.
