To edit cities, right-click the city dropdown box in any window and select "Edit Cities." The Cities window can also be accessed from the Dashboard, or the Tools > Set Defaults menu.
In the window that opens, change any cities that don’t apply. Use the Records Toolbar at the bottom of the window to scroll through the available cities. If a city doesn't apply, just overwrite its information. Hallways will use the information entered in the Cities window to automatically complete the state & zip associated with the selected city in other windows.
