To edit reasons for services, right-click the appropriate dropdown box in any window and select "Edit Reasons." The Reasons for Services window can also be accessed from the Dashboard, or the Tools > Set Defaults menu.
From the Tools menu, select Set Defaults > Reasons for Services. The initial Reason for Services are: · Academic · Behavioral · Career Planning · Personal · Social In the window that opens, change any reasons for services that don’t apply. Use the Records Toolbar at the bottom of the window to scroll through the available reasons. If a selection doesn't apply, just overwrite its information.
