When creating Student Evaluations, student abilities are rated in several areas on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest.

Areas of concern can be added to the student’s counseling plan, either manually or by setting up the evaluation scale.

Enter any number between 1 and 10. Any student abilities which are rated as equal or lower than your set scale level will automatically have the corresponding competency added to the student’s counseling plan.

If you do not wish to have competencies automatically entered, leave the scale at “0.”
