Many appointment types have already been entered into Hallways. The Appointment Types window can be accessed from the Tools > Set Defaults menu, the Hallways Dashboard, the Appointments Management window, or by right-clicking Appointment Type in any appointments window.
Each appointment type should contain: · Descriptive Code, used in reports · Description of the appointment · Service Category to which it is assigned. Appointment types must be assigned to a service category to appear in appointment windows. · An indicator as to whether or not it is a direct service. Certain appointment types are reserved by Hallways and cannot be edited, but you can add appointment types that pertain to your duties.
