Changing Your Password

Pathways is password-protected to ensure the confidentiality of your records. The program cannot be opened without entering the correct password. The initial password is “Pathways” without the quotes. You should change this password as soon as possible, and on a regular basis.

To change your password, select Tools>Change Password. Enter the current password, then enter and confirm your new password. The change is effective immediately.

Always make a note of your password and store it in a safe spot. If your password is lost, you will not be able to open Pathways until you have contacted our office.
