Treatment Plan: Short-term Objectives

Review short-term objectives for the selected goal by clicking the Add/Review Objectives button in the goals details area.

Reviewing Objectives

Any objectives that are associated with the selected goal are then displayed. For each objective, complete the date identified and target for achievement.

Note: If no objectives have been added for the selected goal, the Add Objectives window will open automatically.

Adding Objectives

Clicking the "Add Objectives" button will open a new window:

Click the add button to add the objective to the treatment plan. The checkbox on the left indicates if an objective is already current in the client's treatment plan. Click Done when all applicable objectives have been added.
