Treatment Plan: Adding Symptoms

Add symptoms for the selected problem by clicking the Add/Review Symptoms button in the problem details area.

Select Symptoms

Use the dropdown box to select the appropriate symptoms, and indicate the severity of each symptom. Symptoms can be edited; the levels cannot.

 

When you have selected all applicable symptoms, click the "Edit/Review Problem" button to return to the problem details section.
