Treatment Plan Wizard

The Treatment Plan Wizard utilizes the action points identified during the client assessment to help quickly build a comprehensive, complete treatment plan.
To start the Treatment Plan Wizard, open the client’s treatment plan, and click the Wizard button.

Select a Problem

Any problem areas identified during the client history or assessment will appear in the first window. If you didn’t complete the client history or assessment, or if you want to add another problem area, just click the Show All button to view all problem areas.

Select the appropriate problem area to view problems in that group. From the problems list, select a problem to add to the client’s treatment plan.
